Torture in South Africa.

Now here is an interesting piece of literature. I have no way of knowing who the author was,or its rightful publisher, but as its title states, it is based on torture in South Africa. Set out in 11 parts,it is an investigation into alleged torture of “political”and “non-political”detainees in custody. There is a letter tipped in, written by the Rev Theo Kotze of the Christian Institute of Southern Africa,in which he states,”There is nothing in this document that has not already been published but it is the first occasion on which the evidence has been put together for all to see, dated April 1977 and signed.
