H/b in its original boards.in a very grubby state,with bumped corners,and badly rubbed spine.no d/w.Size 9×6 pp 286,inc,page maps,no plates,text only.an old ex library copy with the usual stamps and torn-off lable damage.Hinges weak.Front binding held together with masking and celotape,otherwise firm.A book that is dirty throughout in every respect.I have only included it into the Index as a reading copy,because of the value of its contents,and sold on that basis.
