H/b in nice clean boards, corners slightly bumped, and spine ends a fine pictorial d/w with a faded spine.Size 9×6 pp 12+388,inc index, bibliography, references, plates, page map.Hinges strong.Binding tight (suggest unread).Internaly nice and clean throughout However some damp or sticky,glue-like substance has got onto some of the plates so that they are partialy stuck together, and attempts to separate them has caused some damage. What a pity as this has spoilt a perfectly good volume.
