The Story of the Zulu Campaign.

Most histories of the Anglo-Zulu war of 1879 tend not to give due recognition to the vital part played by cavalry and regular horse in the campaign, whether on reconnaissance or in pursuit of the defeated enemy. This deficiency is made good in “The Story of the Zulu Campaign”,first published in 1880 and largely based on the journals and letters of cavalry officers serving in Zululand.
