The name of Lippert ranks very high indeed in the rich industrial world of the mining and commercial trading in Rhodesia and Matabeleland.Marie Lippert,Daughter of Edward Amandus Lippert,took a great interest in the affaires of the Matabele people and their country,and became quite famous for her expeditions and adventures in that land.Here are her published letters that she sent back to the Family home.



Limp glossy pictorial and printed card covers,with reinforced spine where there is some slight damage at the top corner,with some creasing,but nothing serious,and slightly hand-soiled.Size 9×7 pp VIII + 56,inc index,cartoons,artists sketches in typed text.Hinges strong.binding tight except ffe/p which has becone detached,no foxing,staining,or browning.Internally clean and bright throughout.
