The Land Commission of 1894.

The Land Commision was set up in 1894 by the British South Africa Company, that emerged from the forming of the Chartered Company or Royal Charter to examin the state in which the native homelands of the Matabele and Mashona was to be managed after the native people had beenn disrupted during the subjugation,to set down borders and boundaries to select which area would be best used for the various industries.A very important study this,in the light of how things are in Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) today.
