The Eldorado of the Ancients.

Although this book may have more of a leaning towards Rhodesia,it is in fact a study of the influence that the Portuguese had over the border area between Rhodesia and Mozambique, and theorises on the exotic origins of Zimbabwe and seeks to prove that the Ophir of the time of King Solomon was the country between the lower Zambesi and the Limpopo rivers. It also endeavours to identify the kingdom of Macombe with that of Monomotapa.
