This was originaly a government “Blue Book”in the familiar blue-book card-wraps.This volume has over the years been re-bound in heavy blackboards,with a nice leather spine.Size 13×8 pp4+130,some pages contain a small library stamp,plus a few pencil-marks in text.Hinges strong,binding strong,internaly clean throughout.No foxing,but quite heavily bround throughout.There is a library label to f/pd.A v/g copy of a important document.
