This book is based on the Quarterly Journal of African History. Its policy is to invite specialists on Iron Age Archaeolog, to pass on their knowledge in non-technical language, largly for a lay readershi. These various authors present a wide range themes e.g the progression of African cultures, the earliest tool making hominids, plus the late Stone Age initiators of the food-producing revolution.
