There are two volumes of this book in stock.Both in h/b,boards in good conditon,in printed d/w.the duplicate vol.d/w is somewhat chipped with minor tears, and price-clipped,the better vol.has some damage to the top of the spine.Size 9×6 pp 11+248,inc,f/o map,index,appendices,various lists and tables,no plates text only.All hinges and binding strong.Both textblocks clean,but both copies are quite heavily foxed and stained to e/p’s and prelims.Otherwise,fair/good-v/g clean copies.
