Battalion Tactical Doctrine 1st Battalion South Wales Borderers.

Now here is another little gem related to the South Wales Borderers, entitled “Battalion Tactical Doctrine”Published in 1927,it deals entirely on military tactics during a conventional war.A system of orderly movements from the highest command down through the ranks, dealing with initialy the “Advanced Guard”followed by “Attack” “Defence” “Outposts” “Withdrawals” “Machine Guns” “Chemical Warfare” and so-forth.Based on the historical experiences of the !st,Battalion South Wales Borderers. Interesting reading this, something different.
