An account of the Manners and Customs of the Modern Egyptians.

£6.00

Egypt as we all seem to think of it as an ancient civilisation, which of course it is,and has a remarkable history. This book written in Egypt during the years 1833-1835,could be classed as relatively modern,it is an account of the modern Egyptian people.Set out in 31 chapters,it covers almost every aspect of the then modern Egyptian, from infancy -to death and funeral rites,i dont think much is missed out.
