Alfred Aylward The Tireless Agitator

Alfred Aylward (real name Murphy) was only 46 years old when he died in North America in 1889,but he had crowded a great deal of living into a relatively shortspace of time. South African adventurer, born in Ireland, he was never still, he was always scheming, conspiring and agitating. Wherever there was anything of importance going on he was always there. He could not be ignored. As a newspaper editor, he was a demon for printing the true facts no matter who he exposed. A tireles and brilliant agitator.
